- Avoid extreme temperatures for no less than 10 days and use sunblock when outdoors.
- Make sure your daily skincare routine is gentle and avoid rubbing or scrubbing your face for 2 weeks.
- Avoid exaggerated facial expressions and avoid opening your mouth widely - Do not go to the dentist within the first 2 weeks after your thread lift, unless it is an emergency.
- Avoid smoking for at least 2 weeks after your session.

What about the results?
