Read on to learn how Botox can help you achieve your beauty goals. What is Botox?
Botox (Botulinum Toxins) is one of the most widely used cosmetic treatments worldwide. It is injected directly into the muscles of the face rendering them inactive and enhancing a more youthful look by decreasing the appearance of lines and wrinkles.
Where is Botox injected? And how does it help?
Botox can usually be injected in the following areas:
1. Forehead and around the eyes to help get rid of fine lines and wrinkles such as frown lines and crow’s feet (also known as expression lines).
2. The neck to provide a better contour and get rid of saggy skin. (Nefertiti technique)
3. Gummy smile to reduce gingival display and provide a more attractive smile.
4. Under arms, palms and feet to control hyperhidrosis.

What to expect on your first visit?
During your visit, our experts will check your general health, go through your medical history, make sure you are not allergic to any medications, and will listen carefully to your beauty goals and expectations.
After that, they will examine the area-to-treat and will thoroughly explain to you how Botox will help you look at your best.
In your first visit, we encourage you to talk to your doctor, declare any health condition you have and mention if you are on medications to avoid and prevent any possible complications.
What to expect during the session?
Our experts at Al Mada clinic will inject a small amount of Botulinum into the targeted muscle using a fine needle. The amount of injected Botulinum depends upon the lines and wrinkles and the nature of your face.
Usually, the session lasts between 15 and 30 minutes based upon the treated area.

3- Avoid direct sun and heat exposure.
4- Avoid strenuous physical activities for 24 hours after injection.
